Highlights in ICSE History
ICSE was founded as a certified non-profit organization to take over achievements and activities of Social Entrepreneurship Program of Graduate School of Social Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology, which had been funded for three years by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan.
